Becoming a Customer

When becoming a customer you can count on the full support of our staff and Account Manager. He/she will be your sole contact person with our company and will look after your interests throughout what we trust will be a long and rewarding partnership.

Documentation

Before opening an account we will provide you with an Account Opening Form to be complete and ask you to return it to us along with a certified photocopy of our Power of Attorney and our credit application signed by an officer of the corporation. The same applies if you if you are an individual and choose to use our services for the clearance of you shipment we will require the following documents along with a certified photocopy of our Power of Attorney, passport, and our credit application.

Opening an Account

When the Account Opening Form and other documents have been received and verified by the US, we open an account for you and give you an account number. We then will contact you to confirm that the account has been opened

Developing Import Documentation Strategy

We work with you to develop a documentation strategy that complements your circumstances and objectives. By the means of a specially designed Risk Questionnaire we make sure all the aspects of your importing needs are looked after, now and in the future. Completing the Risk Questionnaire is optional

World Nations Inc is a professional company that’s involved in 'clearing' of goods through customs for importers (usually businesses). This involves the preparation of documents and/or electronic submissions, the calculation (and usually the payment) on behalf of the client of taxes, duties and excises, and facilitating communication between the importer and governmental authorities.
